Born and raised in Napa, California, Bri earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Biology from UC Davis in 2010. She began her massage career after graduating from the Mind Body Institute of Michigan in 2018 and has since worked in luxury hotels and resort spas, including Four Seasons and Marriott luxury brand properties in Napa Valley, Northern Michigan, and Nashville, TN.

The Consultation Call
Every session begins before we ever meet in person. A quick consultation call gives us a chance to connect first, so you're never walking into a session with a stranger. This is your time to share what you're looking for: any areas of tension, injuries, or preferences, along with the kind of session you're hoping for, relaxing, therapeutic, or somewhere in between. We'll also talk through the best setup for your space, so everything is ready and comfortable before your appointment begins. And of course, it's your chance to ask any questions you have, so you can feel completely at ease going into your session.

The Return - A Private In-Home Retreat
A three-hour, in-home retreat designed for women ready to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and return back to their lives with greater clarity and grounded alignment.
This personalized experience weaves together guided breathwork, mindful movement, therapeutic massage, and intentional journaling to support both self-reflection and embodiment. Each element is thoughtfully integrated to help you slow down, recalibrate, and reconnect with your internal wisdom and natural rhythm.

CBD Massage Oil + Relief Cream - $35
Target tension with CBD Relief Cream (800mg), infused with aloe and camphor for cooling, fast-acting relief where you need it. Follow with a full-body massage with CBD massage oil (400mg) is used throughout the massage, a regenerative blend of CBD and antioxidant-rich botanicals that soothes muscles, hydrates skin, and supports overall recovery. Therabody LED Face Mask - $40
The TheraFace Mask Glo combines 504 red, infrared, and blue LED lights with a gentle scalp massage, to make for a perfect transition after your massage session, before returning to the real world. This 12 minute treatment boosts circulation, relieves tension, and delivers full-face coverage—including wrinkle-prone areas around the eyes and mouth, which helps reduce the appearance of fine lines, firms skin and evens skin tone.
Theragun Percussive Therapy - $30
Theragun percussive therapy is used at the beginning of the massage to quickly boost circulation, break up tension and prepare the body for deep tissue work.
Skin Renewal Dry Brushing - $35
The skin renewal dry brushing enhancement is a gentle exfoliating treatment that helps stimulate circulation, support lymphatic flow, and leave your skin feeling smooth and refreshed. This enhancement is the perfect way to prepare your body for massage while encouraging overall wellness. You’ll also receive a dry brush to keep so you can continue this simple self-care practice at home.

All new clients begin with a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation. This initial conversation allows us to discuss your goals, answer questions, as well as review your home environment to ensure a seamless in-home experience. This intentional first step allows me to personalize your care from the start and ensures a mutually supportive fit.
During your consultation call, we’ll select a date and time that works best for you. Afterward, you’ll receive a private payment link for 25% of your session total to reserve your appointment.

Absolutely! Deep tissue work is one of my specialties. I use intentional, effective pressure rather than simply going in as firm as possible, because if the body is tensing up against the pressure, the work becomes less productive. Depth is always applied thoughtfully and strategically.
Throughout your session, I assess how your tissues respond and adjust accordingly. I’ll check in as needed, and you’re always welcome to communicate if you’d like more or less pressure to ensure both comfort and results.

Yes, 60 minute in-home sessions are available for groups of two or more. While my signature work is designed for longer sessions that allow for thorough, full-body attention and deeper results, I’m happy to accommodate 60-minute appointments for group bookings.

Yes, we work with couples and men by referral only.

Our pricing accommodates up to a 30 minute travel radius to and from your home. For locations beyond that range, a travel fee is applied.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be fully refunded, or may be applied toward a future rescheduled session, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, and the initial deposit and any travel fees will be retained by the practitioner.
